Our DNA
Roasted 5 days ago in the same place where it grows.
No middlemen. No months in warehouses.
Coffee with exact coordinates and a natural orange flavor.
We treat coffee as a fruit, not a market asset. Each
Straight from the hands that grow it to the hands that brew it. We remove the noise so you can hear the land.
Roasted only when you order. Most commercial coffee ages in warehouses. Ours is alive, vibrant and shipped within its peak flavor window.

It's not design. It's nature speaking.
That is Dalia Dorada: coffee born of a real place, with a name, a history, and a flavor profile that tells the story of the terroir in every cup.
Back to the origin.
You've probably felt it without knowing: that coffee that tastes "like nothing", that bitterness without complexity, that disappointment after paying a high price. It's not your fault. It's the system.
😕
Coffee loses 60% of its essential oils and aromatic compounds in the first 2 weeks after roasting. Most commercial coffee spends months in warehouses before reaching your home. What you drink is a shadow of what it could have been.
🤷
"Colombia" or "Brazil" are not origins. They are countries the size of Europe. At what altitude did it grow? What variety is it? Who grew it? Without real traceability, there is no quality guarantee. And they're charging you as if there were.
🏭
The coffee grower receives barely 10-15% of the final price. The rest is split among cooperatives, exporters, roasters, distributors and retailers. Each middleman adds cost but subtracts freshness and traceability.
Back to the origin
We are not distributors. We are the farm.
The coffee you receive is grown, roasted and packed by us at 1,750 m.a.s.l., in Armenia Mantequilla, Antioquia.
No middlemen. No lost months. No lies.
📍
Every bag includes the exact GPS coordinates of the lot where your coffee grew (6°09'34"N 75°40'12"W), specific altitude, variety (Castillo), exact roast date and a QR code to verify all the information. You can visit us if you like.
🔥
We don't roast until you buy. Your coffee was roasted 5 days ago at most and reaches your door at its optimal degassing point. The aromatic oils are intact. The complexity, present. The difference is felt in the first cup.
🍊
Notes of chocolate, orange, cacao and panela. They are not artificial flavorings: it's the natural terroir of the altitude (1,600-1,820 m.a.s.l.) and the fruit trees surrounding the crop. Body with medium acidity perfectly balanced.
♻️
No pesticides, no chemicals, no shortcuts. Certified organic production with natural shade (orange, guava, avocado trees) that add biodiversity and those unique flavor notes. Clean coffee, literally.
💰
By removing middlemen, the grower (us) receives 70% of the final price vs. the 10-15% of the traditional model. And you pay less than at specialty cafés for fresher coffee. Everyone wins.
🏔️
We are not a virtual brand. We are a real place 90 minutes from Medellín. You can visit us, see the process, meet the people, witness the sunset that gives the farm its name. Total transparency.

Yes. We don't roast until you buy. Each bag includes the exact roast date printed on the label. Most of our customers receive coffee roasted 5-7 days ago. Some, if they order early in the week, receive it roasted 3-4 days ago.
This is possible because we are the farm. We roast in the same place where we grow. Zero middlemen, zero warehouses.
Medellín and metro area: 1-2 business days.
Rest of Colombia: 2-4 business days.
We ship Monday to Friday. Orders after Friday are processed the following Monday.
Shipping included on purchases over $80,000.
We recommend whole bean if you have a grinder. Coffee loses aroma and nuances minutes after grinding. Grinding just before brewing maximizes the experience.
If you don't have a grinder, we can grind it for your preferred method (espresso, filter, French press, etc.). Specify it when ordering.
100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days.
If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your money. No awkward questions. Just send us an email and we process the refund in 24-48 hours.

This is terroir: the unique flavor a specific place gives a product. At Dalia Dorada, coffee grows between 1,600-1,820 meters of altitude, surrounded by orange, guava and avocado trees.
During natural fermentation, the coffee absorbs microparticles of these fruits present in the air and soil. The result: notes of intense chocolate, citric orange, deep cacao and sweet panela, without adding absolutely anything.
This is only possible when coffee is grown organically (no chemicals to interfere) and at the right altitude. That's why our coffee has Organic Certification and comes with the exact GPS coordinates of the lot.
You have a full 30 days to try the coffee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your money. No questions. No fine print.
Why do we offer this? Because we're confident that once you taste truly fresh coffee, your daily ritual will never be the same again.
